You, the user, hold no right to remove, alter, modify, recreate or distribute any copyright notice, trademarks, or other exclusive rights notice that may appear in any part of the document that belongs to Mitchell Technologies. The user will guarantee that they voluntarily comply with this document.
The user will be fully responsible to Mitchell Technologies for their actions that might breach the following document. (a) Mitchell Technologies has no obligation to provide or perform the exclusive Services after the effective date of the termination;
(b) you will provide Mitchell Technologies with a written guarantee signed by you or the authorized user confirming that all use of our exclusive Services by you has been suspended.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
YOUR DATA
The user is the only truthful owner of any Data provided by You.
You allow us, Mitchell Technologies, to openly use, distribute, communicate, replicate, recreate and copy your data at your expense. However, Mitchell Technologies guarantees that we shall stop using, distributing, communicating, replicating, recreating, and coping your Data upon a written request by You, the User.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER
Mitchell Technologies has no legal obligation to comply with any other agreement or document except this document.
